About

Design thinking,
applied to learning.

I spent 12 years teaching Interior Architecture and Design — but what I was really doing was designing learning. Sequencing knowledge. Scaffolding complexity. Creating environments where people could think, make mistakes, and grow.

That experience is the foundation I bring to Learning & Development. I understand how adults engage with new information, how to structure a curriculum that builds genuine competency, and how to create materials that don't just inform — they shift behaviour.

I've worked with Canvas LMS and approach every learning challenge the way a designer would: start with the problem, understand the people, then build something purposeful.
